Project Aus 5.0 - The Aussie Revolution

Hello members of Armada pB and Project Aus,

There is going to be a general meeting held next week but i need an idea of what times you are available. The meeting concerns a report i have complied in regards to what happened concerning the events that occured about a month ago on the Genesis BF2 server and what happened after the incident and what led Project Aus to losing an entire division.

So if you want to know the full story the report itself will be released just after the meeting so you can read it and everything will be discussed as to what happened on that night and subsequent nights. This will be a no "secert" bs meeting and i promise that you will know everything.

For this meeting i plan to invite all Project Aus members and all ex-project aus members who are currently in Armada pB who were effected in some way by the event.

Depending on the number of people who plan to attend the meeting, there may have to be multiple meetings across a certain night because of ventrilo slots restrictions. If that is the case then the meetings will be held in 1 hour blocks, with 45 minutes for what happened and 15 minutes for questions and answers. Otherwise if it is 40 members or less then the meeting might go for longer.

Please vote on the poll for what days you are available and suit you best. You can vote for multiple dates. If you plan to attend then please post below. I will not answer any questions in this thread unless they are about the times raised in the poll. A simple yes would suffice. A recording will be made of the meeting - so if you agree to attend you consent to being recorded and i will repeat this at the start and end of meeting.

I was thinking after the 'kiddies bedtimes' but it's school holidays at those dates, which effectively means I go to bed before they do...

Never mind, I know you have gone to a hell of a lot of trouble to do this investigation Matt, I will be there regardless of the time buddy.

Some General Rules about the meeting:

1) If you choose to attend the meeting then join the "Green Room" to be moved by me into the meeting room.

2) Do not speak at all during the report readings and findings. You can ask questions at the end.

3) No recruiting, No swearing etc.. General ventrilo rules!

4) If you join the meeting you consent to being recorded as not all people can attend. This will be repeated at the begining and at the end.

5) If there are not enough slots the meeting will be held either in a diffrent ventrilo or will be repeated next week.

matt, I wont be available that Sunday night... (i'll be in melbourne for Uni games)
however I'm very interested in this subject.
