I have a bone to pick Gentlemen (and If Any Ladies are reading, then i have a bone to pick with them as well), and that is this influx of leaving, and secondly the way some people have left.
Whilst i feel that i can understand many of the reasons, there is still something in me that doesn't like seeing people leave, perhaps its my loathing of change, perhaps its my sometimes overly reactive sense of loyalty to things that make me feel good (such as My Family and of course, gaming) but none the less, i feel that I can remain quiet/silent no longer.
My main point is this; If you wish to leave, then by all means do so, that is your choice, but perhaps if we could act more like the band of brothers we were when I joined the clan, then this cluster of people who only remain out of duty.
By that i mean to say that even if someone infuriates you, if you intend on leaving the clan, do so with dignity, and if you can, try to remain cordial with us (if thats at all possible for you), former members such as Kingsy can do it, in fact, thats one of the reasons it isnt so bad that he left.
I feel that far to often in this subforum (Clan discussion) isn't so much about making statements to your fellow clan members, or even to the whole clan (as in to say "see ya, I'm leaving") as it is a spam forum for people to say whatever they think about the clan.
Free speech is good, Free insulting rants and ravings are not.
In the end, to those that left openly and without trying to spit on the rest of us, It was Great playing with you, and as my old man would say "It's been emotional"
To those that decided to insult others as they left, or those that were disrespectful to people that deserve our respect (Rockr for one);
Enjoy the rest of your gaming life, but dont expect me to be anything other than neutral towards you, because your actions (or words) have made that impossible.
