As many of you are already aware, we have launched an all new network in Sydney, Australia. After extensive testing we are ready to move everyone to it. The new network offers far greater performance and stability compared to our current/old network.
We will begin the migration of all clients on the old network (119.31.xxx.xxx) to the new network (210.5.xxx.xxx) in the next few hours. The migration will begin with the move of all Ventrilo servers, then game servers and finally finishing up by the move of the Teamspeak servers.
Due to the volume of clients to be moved, we expect all migrations to be completed in the next 7 business days. We will be working around the clock over the entire period to get everyone successfully moved.
As the new network is composed of all new network providers (Internode and Pipe Networks) the IP and port for your service will be changing.
How will you know when you will be moved? – As we begin to your account, we will open a ticket in the support portal under your account. You will also receive a copy of the email to the primary email address on your account.
As the ticket will be under your account, you will be able to reply to it by visiting support.hypernia.com and logging into your support account. Please reply to the ticket with any questions or concerns you may have so we may address them.
