As a new idea for the site, I thought that every second week we will hold a General Meeting for the clan. During this time, admins will sit in an open Ventrilo forum and any and all users are welcome to enter the channel to ask questions, make comments, bring up ideas, bring up issues, or simply listen to what others have to say. I feel this would allow everybody to have a time to clear the air over any issues, and get their voice heard.
Meeting times will be posted every so often, and will be stickied in this forum.

Monday night - At 8:00pm - I say we get into a habit of it - weekly or fortnightly?
I think fortnightly is good. Plus Monday night at 8:00 i can make.
Nope can't make it - got uni then. I would of thought a Saturday night when we have the majority of members on then might be better?

Yes i have read it in great detail and i know of the concerns but i thought that it looked like Sunday night was better then it somehow got changed back to monday? Because only 2 staff members were able to make monday yet 5 could make Sunday??
Anyway isn't this a general meeting meaning this meeting is more about the general members and basically the staff that are there can present any issues in a staff metting later on that week when the majority of staff are there?

Yeah I was reffering to Staff meetings without paying full attention to the open channel part of this post.
